Prompt for January 11, 2015

Complete the short story / flash fiction, that has the following first paragraph:

The shiny stainless steel autopsy table was set at a precise ten degree angle so that blood and other fluids could be collected from a single point.  The trough ran from one end of the table to the other, with a small basin collecting all of the fluids.  Dr. Phillips, however, was not concerned about the small basin overflowing, he was concerned about the distinct lack of fluids.  His autopsy was almost complete and yet there were precious few drops of life that were in the trough.  Patty Oberman, a twenty year old student at the local college, had gone missing less than forty eight hours ago and yet her desiccated body lay on the table in front of him, devoid of almost all moisture.  He lifted up his mask and spoke to his assistant who had been watching him operate.  “Call Detective Zebrowski.  We’ve got another one.”
