Complete the short story/flash fiction, that has the following first paragraph:
Do I dare disturb the universe? T.S. Eliot asked that in “The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock”. I’ve always looked upon that question and wondered whether I have disturbed the universe in my days on this world. Have I made a difference? Have I made the waters of time flow around me or have they just swept me away like the remnants of so many other lives? It matters not what we think we have done, it only matters what the universe has thought. An insignificant event may have a bigger, more far-reaching impact than the most carefully laid plans. Then again, most carefully laid plans don’t involve tactical nukes planted underneath enemy cities.
